While 2016 grows smaller in the rearview mirror, 2017 looms large in the windshield.  This year, like all those before it, has seen adversity and accord, but the lessons learned and now implemented in the coming year will truly mark the impact of this past year.  And despite the need to better ourselves with the knowledge garnered in 2016, we all still need to find ways to occupy ourselves in the coming months.  In that regard, I offer a multitude of events showcasing everything from bike rides to monster truck jams and opera productions to pirate invasions (here comes Gasparilla!).  However you choose to celebrate, have a safe and Happy New Year!  Be good to one another and have an excellent January and start of 2017!
