After a long day of work, head across the street and enjoy watching sunsets on your private dock with sweeping views of our beloved Tampa Bay! This home features two over-sized garages and a third valet garage that could be perfect boat storage.
This home was so uniquely renovated and design that it was the front page featured property in the House Trends magazine after completion in the September/October 2013 issue. This home was professionally designed with the help of Barbara Krai, of Barbara Krai Interior Design. You will find that this nautical home reflects the style of Ralph Lauren and Tommy Bahama throughout.
As you walk through the custom-designed leaded glass panel doors, created by Dave Daily of ArtGlass Studios, you will find your eyes gazing floor to ceiling in amazement. Twenty-three feet bamboo coffered ceilings, pillar columns, and beautiful hardwood flooring throughout the living and dining space give this very large room a sophisticated and yet relaxed style of living. Large fireplace with Maya Romanoff Mother-of-Pearl tiles, stunning selenite chandeliers in the dining space, an abundance of windows providing endless natural light - the details in the craft and design are endless.
So much thought and creativity went into the making of this stunning renovated kitchen. Amazing eat-in kitchen featuring a large island with beautiful stone countertops, solid wood cabinets, tiled backsplash, desk space, stainless steel Viking cook range, breakfast bar, two Sub-Zero refrigerators, trash compactor, and walk-in pantry with plenty of extra storage space.
The vision of this master suite was traditional and relaxation. In order to achieve an atmosphere that was dark enough for deep sleep, Krai designed floor to ceiling raised solid walnut paneling with coffered ceilings which have Ralph Lauren silk panels in terracotta shade in order to add warmth and color to the wood. The Axminster wool carpet in a terracotta background perfectly complement the coffered ceilings, and provide softness, warmth, and color throughout the room. The king-sized bed and nightstands with green granite tops, were then incorporated into the design. To complete the design, custom tapestries black out the doors which lead out to the balcony and patio.
The deluxe custom master en-suite bath does not fall short on design and features. From the toilet room with a Starry Night like painting, to the beautiful stone countertops, dreamy clouds painted on the ceiling, and glass art that lights up with the flick of a switch.
This custom closet, complete with a ladder to access ideal shoe or purse storage, truly features your unique fashion the way it should be featured. Custom cabinets and drawers provide plenty of hidden storage space.
Not only does this master en-suite bath have a large floor to ceiling tiled step-in shower and bath combo, but it also doubles as a steam room!
Lower floor has it all! This entertainer's dream space includes a large wet bar, home theater set-up, and an area to play a game of poker or pool. Down the hall is the fourth full bath with floor to ceiling tile and outdoor access to the pool/spa area, as well as the fifth bedroom which is ideal for guests with built-in features.
Tucked away in one of the over-sized garages is a hidden wine cellar room to hold all of your top shelf collectible bottles of wine.
Remodeled bathroom features his & her vanities, large glass enclosed walk-in shower, marble tiled steps welcoming you to a sizable soaking tub, makes this the perfect place to start and end your day right.
Just above the great living room addition on the main floor is this large master bedroom retreat addition. Featuring large windows that provide breathtaking views of our beloved Tampa Bay and romantic sunsets.
What was once originally the master bedroom itself, is now a large master closet room. Plenty of closet space all around for him & her, and opportunity to continue to customize this closet space as desired.
